    • Provides resources and learning opportunities.
    • Offers appointments with mental health professionals, available in-person or virtually.
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP):
    • Available to all colleagues and their eligible dependents.
    • Offers up to five free counseling sessions with a network provider per issue, per year, for each individual.
    • Accessible anytime for support, whether you're managing stress or seeking to start therapy.
  • Telehealth counseling:
    • AXA XL medical plan members can easily access counseling through our telehealth program with MDLive and Evernorth Behavioral Health.
    • Designed to fit your busy lifestyle, making therapy more accessible.

  • 401(k) Employee Savings Plan:
    • Offers a 200% match on your pre-tax and/or Roth 401(k) contributions, up to 5% of your eligible compensation, to aid in your long-term retirement planning.

    • AXA XL offers everyday financial support with benefits like pet insurance, which helps cover veterinary expenses.
    • AXA XL also offers the option to enroll in MetLife legal plans, giving you access to expert attorneys to assist with personal legal matters. (Note: You can only sign up for this coverage during the Annual Benefits Enrollment period, a qualified life event or as a new hire through myHR).
  • Health Savings Account (HSA):
    • Available to colleagues who enroll in the OAP HSA 1 or OAP HSA 2 medical plan.
    • Allows you to save and spend pre-tax dollars on qualified healthcare expenses.
  • Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs):
    • For medical plan enrolled colleagues, the Health Care FSA and Limited Purpose FSA can be used for qualified medical, dental, and vision expenses, depending on which account you choose.
    • For all colleagues, the Dependent Day Care FSA can be used for qualified dependent care expenses, such as childcare.
