Your wellbeing is our top priority. Our Healthy You Program centers on just that – supporting you to create a healthier you. Our Staying Well wellness program offered through ActiveHealth (AHH) Management through Allegiance is designed to support you in taking actions that can enrich your wellbeing – and reward you for completing them. On this page, discover all the ways you can maximize your wellbeing and award potential with our support.
Who can participate
As an AXA XL colleague, you’re eligible for up to $450 in wellness incentives each plan year. If your spouse/domestic partner is covered by an AXA XL medical plan, they are, too!
How it works
If you already have an account (prior to 1/1/26) you will need to reregister using the below steps.
If you are setting up an account with ActiveHealth (AHH) Management through Allegiance for the first time, follow the below steps:
- Go to MyActiveHealth.com/wellbeing or download the MyActiveHealth Mobile App
- Enter your phone number to receive an OTP via text.
- Enter the OTP number you recieve
- Enter your full name exactly as it appears on your insurance card, date of birth, and zip code. Click “continue.”
- Fill out the health assessment to calculate your MyHealth100 score, or choose to skip it and return later
- Based on the MyHealth100 score you will be presented with various pathway options to choose from and explore
You will need to enter your phone number to receive the OTP each time you log in, even if you are registered.
Once you’ve registered, you can begin completing activities to earn awards between January 1 and December 31 each year.
Earning awards
You and your medical plan-enrolled spouse/domestic partner can each earn up to $450 in awards each year.
Earning awards is easy because there are so many activity options!
You can get a pulse on your health with the Health Assessment. Know your numbers and earn awards through a biometric screening. Earn dollars by getting no-cost preventive care exams and screenings. Engage in wellness webinars. And much more.
Explore all of the ways to earn awards on MyActiveHealth.com/wellbeing. Simply go to your profile screen, navigate to "Health Checklist" and click "see all." Each gem icon indicates an activity that you can do to earn rewards.
To see how much you’ve earned in awards, just click on the heart icon and/or gem icon that is always displayed at the top of your screen.
