Mental well-being

Taking care of your mental health should be a top priority, as it forms a foundation for your overall well-being. Whether your goal was to find a therapist or simply build your emotional resilience and coping skills, we offer mental health support options tailored to your unique needs and everyday life.

  • General learning and personalized help: Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP), provides confidential guidance and support to help you navigate through life’s challenges. They are there to lean on in times of need by offering a listening ear, and confidential advice during one-on-one counselling sessions with trained experts. The EAP also goes beyond being a support system during difficult times. It offers various programs to help you accomplish your mental health objectives. You can utilize resources like Cigna's Managing Stress Toolkit, which provides mindfulness exercises and stress management techniques. In addition, the EAP website offers educational materials to further support your mental health journey. If your goal was to simply get in touch with a provider, the EAP can also help you find a mental health professional that meets your needs.
