Give your mental health a break
In a March 2022 survey from the American Psychological Association, nearly two-thirds of US adults said that their life has been forever changed by the pandemic. Most Americans have experienced changes in their health and habits over the past two years, including a decrease in physical activity, disturbed sleep, and an overall decline in their mental health.
If you can relate, you are not alone. Seventy-three percent of adults shared they are feeling overwhelmed by the number of crises facing the world right now. With so much happening in our lives – both on a personal and global level – it’s not surprising that so many of us are experiencing feelings of stress, anxiety, and uncertainty.
It can be tough to know how to manage and cope, but you have help. Challenges to mental well-being come in many forms, and so do the ways we can work through them. Whether you need help reducing stress, are feeling motivated to make a change in your life, or need to talk to someone, AXA XL offers a variety of tools and services to help ensure you get the support that works best for you.
