Awarded annually, this prestigious award recognizes companies that demonstrate a commitment to employee well-being through an innovative and comprehensive benefits program.

  • Through our partnership with Sword, we offer virtual physical therapy to all colleagues and their AXA XL medical plan covered dependents so that you can move freely without pain. We also offer free pelvic care for those with female anatomy.
  • We’re proud to offer a diverse array of time off and leave options, including unlimited sick time, so you can rest and recharge when you need it most.
Mental and emotional health

Whether you need in-the-moment support or are just looking to build your emotional resilience, we offer programs that can help you wherever you’re at in your mental and emotional health journey.

  • Our partnership with Lyra offers resources, learning opportunities, and even appointments with mental health professionals in person or virtually, so you can work on your well-being.
  • AXA XL medical plan members can access counseling with ease through our telehealth program with MDLive and Evernorth Behavioral Health, making it easier for you to get therapy in a forum that matches your busy lifestyle.
  • The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers up to five free counseling sessions with a network provider per issue per year, per individual for all colleagues and their eligible dependents. You and anyone living in your household can access these services at any time, whether that’s when you need some help managing stress or are looking for help starting therapy.
Financial health

  • Our 401(k) Employee Savings Plan offers a 200% match of your pre-tax and/or Roth 401(k) contributions combined, up to 5% of your eligible compensation, to help you save toward your long-term retirement goals.
